Chip has over 40 years of experience in the management of industrial, commercial and institutional construction, real estate development, logistics and banking.  He is the fourth generation owner of We Build, founded in 1887.  Chip received his BBA in Marketing & Finance in 1970 from Texas A&M University – Commerce and attended Harvard University, Graduate School of Business Administration Owner/President Management Program.  He holds a Green Advantage Certification.
