General Bidding Information

Bonding:
If the proposed subcontract price is $25,000 or above, the subcontractor must show written evidence that they are able to bond and to provide an additional cost to provide the Payment and Performance Bonds.  If the proposed subcontract price is below $25,000, the subcontractor must either provide Payment and Performance Bonds, be paid via joint check with their suppliers or have this requirement waived by an officer of the company, all at the sole discretion of the company.
