Close Out Documents

One loose copy of all closeout documents are required by every subcontractor at the end of each project. The Certificates “Asbestos, Lead and Hazardous Free,” are required of all sub-contractors at the request of the Architect/Owner. If for some reason you have not completed all of your pay apps and do not feel comfortable with sending your Final Lien Release (retainage only), then please send all other documents to help us save time in preparing the Owners Manuals. Your complete cooperation will be greatly appreciated. Please call if you have any questions so we can get them resolved as quickly as possible for we are on a time line and would like to meet our deadline if at all possible.

Check List:
         Warranty Letter on your company letterhead
         Certificates (notarized)
         Final Lien Release (notarized)
         Operation & Maintenance Manuals
         Record Drawings (plumbing, electrical, fire protection/alarm etc.)
         Product Data
         Test & Air Balance Report (HVAC only)
         Paint Schedule (required of painting jobs)
